What we hold about you, and why.
We only collect what we need to do our job, we keep it safe, and we do not sell it to anyone.
When you book a room we keep your name, contact details and booking history for seven years, because the law says we must keep financial records that long.
When you post an idea you can stay anonymous. If you give us an email address we only use it to tell you what happened to your idea.
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Sponsors cannot see who visits.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email the Clerk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
